Original handbuilt quadrilateral porcelain bottle (10″ high). This bottle’s wide surfaces (both sides) are decorated with lines and cubes in a cascading design. This design was done by a ceramic technique of inlaying black underglaze into the white porcelain (also known as ‘Mishima’). The design is protected by a soft blue glossy glaze that contrasts with the textured white crackle glaze on the narrow side surfaces of the bottle. The bottom of the bottle has four little feet and is coated with black terra sigillata. The inside of the bottle is glazed and water tight.
